Hanley Walk-In Service
We currently operate a Primary Care Walk in Service from our premises in Stafford Street, Hanley, Stoke on Trent. This service is open 8am to 8pm daily, 365 days per year.

Please note that as this is a walk in service, we do not operate appointments and waiting times can sometimes be quite long. Unless there is an emergency where life is in danger, patients are seen in the order that they arrive.
Extended Access Service – Evening and Weekend GP Appointments
The North Staffordshire GP Federation is pleased to offer Extended Access to GP appointments for the North Staffordshire area on behalf of our members.
From 1st September 2018 we have been operating evening and weekend, pre-bookable GP appointments for patients across the area from the following locations:
- Hanley Primary Care Access Centre, Stafford Street, Hanley, ST1 1LW
- Haywood Hospital, High Lane, Stoke-on-Trent, ST6 7AG
- Bradwell Community Hospital, Talke Road, Chesterton, ST5 7NJ
- Longton Cottage Hospital, Upper Belgrave Road, Stoke-On-Trent, ST3 4QX
- Leek Moorlands Hospital, Ashbourne Road , Leek, ST13 5BQ
Appointments are available by contacting your own GP and run from 4pm to 8pm, Monday to Friday and 9am to 4pm on Saturdays (times at some hubs vary).
