Appointments are available by contacting your own GP and run from 4pm to 8pm, Monday to Friday and 9am to 4pm on Saturdays (times at some hubs vary).
Please click on the links below for more information about each hub. Any other questions or to make an appointment, should be done by contacting your GP Practice.

Please find below leaflets relating to each hub that you can distribute to your patients when booking them an appointment at the hub, please also ensure that these are available in your reception area.

If you have any queries regarding the Extended Access service please forward these in the first instance to Louise Screen, Service Manager, Louise.screen@northstaffs.nhs.uk who will then ensure your query is forwarded to the most appropriate person.

Our Response to COVID-19
Our Extended Access GP appointments are still being delivered despite the challenges of the COVID-19 outbreak, however, you will be triaged by a telephone appointment initially. If it is felt that you require a face to face GP appointment, we will make the necessary arrangements.
