In addition, we are really pleased to announce that the North Staffordshire GP Federation Homeless Health Service lead Jane Morton has finished as runner-up in Expert Citizens Leading Award.
Homeless Health goes out in our Community Outreach Vehicle every day, in all weathers, and provides healthcare to the most vulnerable. Jane and her team have continued to complete face to face services with the Homeless population throughout the pandemic.
